Cam and manifold for westcoast

   Whats the best cam and exhaust manifold to get for my westcoast? i no changing the engine would be a better option but i want to keep it 1.4. also with decat, full system and enlosed filter what power do u think it would make? quicker than vtr?

   -depends what you want the car for!
   -how wild your wanting to go with your cam!
   -how much money you want to spend!
   
   but with a reasonable cam, 4-2-1, full system, decat and enclosed ind kit and a re-map, you'll see a standard VTR easily, probs looking at about 90-100bhp!
   
   but thats a total guess depends how wild your cam is tbh!

   the car will be a daily drive so not to wild? bout 500??
