piece of piss to take off and put back on mate, cant quite remember but i thibg its just the two bolts either end of it.

Move the black box behind the rocker out the way first and its a very easy job mate, dont move the rail and its fookin solid and will piss you right off.

Basically, two bolts on the black box, one each side, and you have to disconnect some clips.

Two bolts on the top of the rocker, careful with these as the threads might shear off.

Watch out for all the fiddly bits underneath the rocker when taking off, you really dont want these to fall into the engine.

Also your gonna need to buy another gasket, the rubber seal around the bottom of the rocker, from citroen or ebay, i got one for about a fiver. The current one will be all crusty and useless when its removed

heat shields easier, just unscrew, im guessin its the lambda sensor thats in the top, just unplug that from the plug lol, give it a run over with brillo pad then get the metal polish out

think i will just do the heat shield it sounds easier

rocker cover isnt hard mate, just undo the bolts at either side and its off...

get a rocker cover gasket from halfords, its a fiver n then do what u want to the cover

Agree with matt, the rocker needs sorting and its not a hard job mate. Getting the paint right is harder than fitting it tbh.
