Would it fit?

I have done a search but have found answers for and against.

Would a cat back Magnex exhaust from a VTR fit straight to my mk2 VTS and in turn de-cat it.

Im sorry and know it has been asked loads but i need to be 100% sure

depends where the cat is on both cars.

as the phase doesnt necesarily mean what engine it is.

mk2 saxos early came with cat under car, later ones went to the cat on fannymould.

Im not sure what year saxo the exhaust was on but will be going onto my 52 VTS with cat under the car. Forgeting about the cat would it fit right?

yes any sport model exhaust should fit either model, even if it means youll need a decat pipe or similar,

ive had a btb on my vtr and previously it was on an s.

if its off the vtr with cat in mani it will go stright on. if its off the vtr with cat under car you will need to use a decat off that year vtr or it wont sit right.

He has replied and says its off a mk2 saxo VTR. Am i right in thinking early mk2VTR's came with the cat under the car and after 2000 in the maifold?

I asked him which VTR it came off. He said "90bhp 2000" so this is the one with the cat under the car.
