gear box

   from cold starts my first and second gears are realy hard to put in to, once ive been driving and goin through the gears for a few mins its fine, what could this be?

   It may be because of your gear box oil. when was the last time it was changed? how many miles is on the car mate.

   just bought the car mate and not checked anything yet, its done 69k

   when you get it serviced get the gear box oil changed, it should make a difference.

   change your gearbox oil yourself, it's a piece of cake and will take about 20 minutes to do.

   do they not change the gear box oil on services anyway?

   Thats how mine went now its went bust! need a new gearbox! ahhhhh
