   dose any know were i can get my car lowered in bradford area . not that it matters but going for 55 mil f and one notch on the torsion bar any picks of this been done

   pm'd mate and sorry mate but notches is the wrong way to lower the rear, have a search on here and read up why!

   is the best way with just springs on the rear then? or springs and new dampers?

   saxos dont have springs on the rear, it is a torsion bar. It also said that its best to uprate your dampers if goin lower than 40mm
