colour coding today for donny

    ive got my paints ready just need some advice on best way to go bout doing it, im using aerosol cos its easiest for me at the moment

    any tips on doing it?

    ok i got half the kit off and broke loads of clips lol, pain in the arse to get off but the otherside will be easier now i know where all the torx are.

    prepping the side i took off now

    preperation is the key mate mask it off spend most of the time doing this as any overspray is a bastard to get off, sand the strips down prime them sand again prime sand again till your happy prime it paint it about 3 - 4 layers and a good 3 - 4 coats of laquer, and take your time dont rush it

    id say 15 mins between coats or primer then about an hour between layers of paint leave a day or two before laquering, before laquer use som wet and dry finest grade you can get and flatten the paint use plenty of water, use a spray bottle

    then laquer leave about 4 - 5 days and polish it up to get a nice shine
