Removing door pins

Does this affect anything to do with central locking or if i wanted to put a alarm on my car later on would it effect this?

Nope not if you do it properly, only problem is that if you dont remove it all it can get stuck and cause your car to unlock after you lock it but thats only if you dont remove the whole rod properly and just cut it lol
