I cant remember the size of the bolt head, but give it a spray with some WD40, ive just refurbed the VTS beam that ive got on my car and they were stuck on with mine aswel, use a Torque Wrench if possible, should give plenty of leaverage to be able to shift it.

shouldnt have to take caliper off

    just undo the locking pins

do 1 side at a time just incase you forget how they go back as i always do

sure mine are held in just with a bar and a locking pin

take the pin out and tap the bar out and pads come out
