Need lowering advice

   Going to have the Furio lowered next week, I'm running wolfrace 16" alloys with 195/45/r16 tires, should I go for the 40mm drop or should I go for (say) 20 or 30mm to be on the safe side from rubbing?
   (Had slight rubbing on the front wing cover on full lock, and cut the cover out.)

   My Furio was down 40mm on 16's with 195 45 R15 tyres and I had some rubbing but it wasn't anything major so I had it sorted. 40 profile tyres will be fine but can be a little more expensive.

   Thanks for reply m8, I'm not sussed up about tires etc, you say 40 profiles would be ok, I may give them a try but as you posted, can you run 16" wheels with 195 45 R15's ? or was it a missprint?

   You can run 16's with 195 45 R16's but you'll get a little bit of rubbing.

   thinner profile looks better. get them white on though

   the rubbing can be sorted pretty easily with the 45 profiles just need to cut back or cut off the bumper bracket and hammer a bit at the front.
