#2Yes you can do it your self, but I would perfer someelse to do it for me. Try searching for it mate as lots of people ask this question, I am pretty sure i have asked it aswell. If that fails search on google and there is a guide on there on how to do it.

#3You can do it yourself, if you measure it properly you will be fine.
I have never attempted one though, dont think i would hmmmm.
Would rather pay the £60 to get it dont tbh.
Have a search mate.... -
#4It can be done yourself but i would not reccomend it. The bars could well be siezed and you may end up damaging them when you try to get them out. Get an experienced person to do this for you.

#5cheers for help everyone. I have jus found the lowering guide sticky at the top, and there is a guide on there. It sounds easy, but they always do! I think i may just pay and have it done properly!!
