induction kits/air filters

   i want one that that sounds good mainly and i know that the only ones that do this are the open induction kits but i know they are prone sucking in heat from the engine so was just wondering whats my best bet? like i say sound is what i want to achieve but dont want it affecting my cars performance!

   The only one I can think of that will give off a bit of sound but not alot is the Green enclosed induction kit! Also this shouldn't make you're car loose performance as it's enclosed! Hope this helps mate!

   with having a 1.4 and wanting sound go for an open. it wont lose you much performance, if any.
   
   with enclosed you wont get the nice sounding through gears

   vipergfx, yeah thats what i was thinking mate, i could always get an open one that sits closer to the front grille and maybe put a few airfeeds to it!

   if you want sound then use an open filter and put an air feed to it

   Suppose you could always put a heatshield around it! Not sure how well these work!
