Carpet out

    Once the seats and the centre console bit is out, is it easy to get the carpet out?

    I did mine with last week with seats (buckets) and the centre console still in. Not too hard. Where your feet point to whwn seated, you'll find some really thick cushioning stuff. Get that out too, weighs loads! However, I couldn't get it ALL out, as it seems to go all the way up towards the bulkhead.

    Yes pretty much, the carpet wont just come out though, you'll need to neatly cut it in the middle of the car between the foot wells.

    I posted a picture guide to this last week, it should be posted somewhere in FAQ or on one of the recent pages in this section

    i got mine out in one piece. there a bolt that you need to undo under ythe middle of the dash. i needed a hand cause it can be a bitch. the cushion stuff is the sound deadening that goes up behind the dash.
