rough cost of retrim!

   any one got ne ideas how much it would cost to retrim front door cards and rear bench in leather and ALCANTARA like the gti-106 seats.
   i did try a quote request from summit leather but they never got back.

   Hi mate,
   
   I got a quote from www.schaffinoleather.co.uk for a leather retrim, they quoted:
   
   £650 + 17.5% for front and rear seats to be retrimmed.
   
   £50 + 17.5% for each door card to be retrimmed.
   
   They sent some pics along with the quote and they do look pretty impressive.

   i would say at least 500 but that all depends what material you get, leather and alcantara are expensive and will up the price a lot

   I paid £550 for a full leather retrim, front seats, rear seats and door cards, custom retrims on ebay, made a fuckin brilliant job aswell.

    he just wants rear bench and doorcards, not front 2 seats
    
    and andy got his whole interior inc front 2 seats done for 550.
    
    thus id say 350 was a reasonable price for a rear bench and doorcards to be trimmed

    the bloke who does it on e-bay is actually very professional too, he may be a route to getting your re-trim. my mate got his quicksilver done and its very good.

    I want a half leather & cloth re-trim and everyplace i ask wont do it fs....

    schiffano leather can do it steve your a premium member too think they can do it for 550 full retrim seats cards and gaitor i think and they do a delivery service ie pick up and drop off

    Thats where i got mine from, mainly because he's only up the road, think he mentioned he's been retrimming seats/sofas etc for about 10-11 years now, so i think he's had plenty of practise.
