40mm lowering springs......

   just wondering where the best place to get springs from is? and do you reckon 40mm is a good drop?

   40mm good drop i ordered mine today, springs and shocks. got mine from halfords but thts coz i work there and get discount. Your find there pretty much same price evrywhere as its the companies which make them who set the prices.

   i work there too! lol how much did u pay for them? do you need shocks as well as springs?

   what make of springs are you after or do you just want some cheap ones.
   You don't really need to change the shocks unless they are in poor condition.
   
   You could get Ventura springs for £45 (as found on the Bilstein Sprintline kits) or something like the Eibach Sportline for £78.99

   you can just get springs for like 40 quid but its best to get the whole lot. With discount springs and shocks were 178.99 which aint to bad in my opnion!
