just about to fit my simota kit, when i take out the air box im going to have to disconnect some cables connected to it, do these not need plugging in anywhere?

With regards to the fitting your kit, it just has one plug for the breather pipe don't it? What other sensors do you have? -
#4there a sensor ive inplugged from the air box which is now dangling free, and 2 pipes. one ive plugged into the induction kit one is hangin free

i bought it 2nd hand mate from here, dont know which model it is, but for a vtr -
#5im not too sure then mate. A friend of mine has a piper x filter and it has like 3 plugs on it for all the sensors. Someone on here must know

#6ok, someone let me know when u can. took out the air box. got 3 hoses to plug in and only 2 holes in induction kit and a sensor and theres no where to plug it in as the airbox has been removed

#7Get a picture up of the engine bay and then discribe again where the pipes go.
Normally you should have a pipe that goes from the airbox to the rocker cover this is your Engine/Oil breather pipe - This allows the engine to breather and allows the fumes from the oil when hot to exit the engine - dont be tempted to plug it as this may cause the engine to run poorly and cause the oil to 'sludge' up.
If you induction kit hasnt got anywhere to plug in the oil breather pipe then you will need a engine breather or oil catch tank these allow the engine to still breathe but to atmosphere not into the induction system to be burn with the air fuel mixture.
You can pick these up pretty cheap.
Here, can you see the small filter on the end of the Blue pipe? That is what you will need if you havent got anywhere to connect the engine/oil breather pipe into you induction kit.

Im sure a VTR owner will be able to help abit more
