manifold cover and rocker cover

   does any one know how to remove?? and what will i expect to see?? and pay out ?? if i remover and painted the maifold cover and rocker cover on a 1.1 mk1

   manifold cover is 4 10mm bolts which will probley rusted to fook so may snap
   
   rocker cover is 2 13mm bolts to make it easier when taking it off and putting on remove the coil pack if it has 1 if it doenst dont worry about it
   
   will need a new seal when putting rocker cover on

   also be careful the spacers dont drop somewere like into the block when taking the rocker off, i find it better to take the coilpack off (if it has one) first and then take the rocker off

   i took off my manifold cover and sprayed it after 5 coats of laquer i put it back on.....at the front to boltd it has starte to burn and gone a funny colour allready

    as pred said really! i had to just undo the bolts on the coil pack and push it back a bit to fit the seal over! my manifold cover only had 3 bolts! the fact baz'a is burnin makes me glad i used the vht stuff now!
