removing things

   hey
   was just thinking of how i could make my car lighter and taking the back seats out came to my mind is this easy to and worth it.
   i was think of going to a rwyb day at santa pod so.

   yes seats are a good start.
   from mine ive taken out the following at the moment,
   parcel shelf,boot carpet,
   rear seats, rear seatbelts, rear plastic door cards and other rear plastics.
   
   saved a good bit of weight.
   
   and my old zetec s was abit further all carpet, front door cards, all sound proofing from under archs, and engine bay, and for santa pod passenger seat aswell.

   the front seats are heavier with the subframes. Some lightweight buckets on floor mounted subframes would be a good weight saver..
   
   Rear seats will make a difference but not a massive one.
