1.1 saxo without arches???

#2They will fit yes. You will need to cut your rear arches though as on the base models it petrudes below the vt arch.
-
#3dont do it they ghey imo!
just get a vt kit mate cheap enough now adays mate try find one in colour and fit it yourself your onot a \/\/inner! -
#4they sell the arches and sideskirts on ebay for 100 quid for a set. ready to paint
-
#5Wouldn't you need the holes in the wing though?
Don't the VT*/Furio wings / panels have holes for the arch clips, where the lower / base models don't?
David -
#6yeh you could either drill the holes for the clips or bond the arches on using super duper glue
-
#7Yeah i suppose you could drill it.. Make sure they line up though!
Or bond them on yeah... Smoothing them into the body looks good too! -
#8i have the same kit as whats on ebay for sale at bout £70 instead of £95 that phoenix are looking.

i never got round to fitting it so its yours if your interested, in primer. -
#9Get a VT Kit fitted. Will look just like the Vtr And Vts Once done. You'll Need -
- Vt Front Bumper
- Vt Rear Bumper
- Front Arches
- Rear Arches-
- Door mouldings
Get it for under £200 now off other saxos. Looks so much better. -
#10you'd be lucky to get all that for 200 quid, a front bumper alone off ebay you're talkin £60 once the postage is included. the postage on individual items is the killer as few people sell the whole kit together.
-
#11Yeah but ebay is generally pretty good for buying it all together... you may be able to go and collect if its cheaper...
Would make sense to get it all in one, nd even if its a fair way, it may be cheaper than postage, and save you waiting! -
#12i have the same problem mate..
my 1.1 looks to wimpy with no arches
dnno whether 2 get the arches or not tho.. all the hassle
i have found alot on ebay and they sell for like next to nuthink..
have a look around and you should find yourself a bargain. -
#13If your going to go for the VT look then i'd do it properly if i was you, save up the cash to afford a full VT kit at once and search all the scrappy's you can get to. Dont rush into it and buy something that'll make it look pants, get it to look professional (Just my opinion)
Tom -
#14Yeah i'd agree there.
Scrapyards stock most half of the time... O/S/F is the hardest.. they're always smashed in!
I have a spare O/S/F arch that just needs rubbing right down and spraying though if anybody wants.. not sure what its worth though! -
#15If you really want it done get the full vt kit. Dont buy the cheap aftermarket imitations because theyre shite
-
#16Well said ben! lol nice and to the point!
-
#17lol cheers
-
#18Well.. better than fannying around saying things like... well in my opinion, the aftermarket options generally aren't such a good fit, and so i recommend the real thing... Short and sweet! love it
-
#19I payed £160 for full VT kit in silver came with -
- Bumpers
- Arches
- Mouldings
- Sideskirts
Looks great now with it all fitted. -
#20Thats a pretty good price imo... Bumpers aren't cheap, they're quite sought after kits i suppose too!
