apprarently they are a good cam mate, i am looking into getting one atm. The cam itself should have piper engraved in it some where.
To see the best from the cam, you should have a good exhaust system - i.e magnex, piper, a manifold i.e gmc, and a decent induction kit - BMC, green enclosed, raceland with a green filter. Make sure you get the pullywheel aswell.
Then with these mods and the cam you will need to get it mapped.

people will tell you anything on ebay to get a sale. Unless they can provide you with proof of whats in there I would run away. You could be ending up with something thats not really an improvement on the standard.

Its not a piper cam.....theres no mention of the make...it just says 287 cam

Its been done at hiflow heads, bored out by 3mm & gas flowed....so its probably a piper 285

Looks a bit haggard like but when its on ebay you can buy it try it and then sell it if its wank......
