why not go in between and get a 1.4 furio, there a quick enough we car, not to slow and not to fast imo. easly enough to get ensured and can have the same mods as any vt* kit saxo.

Yeah personally i would go for the furio spend less time and money on mods like you would on the 1.1 but the VTR insurance will be well expensive. happy medium mate

my first car is a posi furio!
  5. #5
yea furio mate. no different to mod then a vt and will cost less to get looking nice then a 1.1
  6. #6
definately a furio if you can mate

but id just get a 200 pound car for a year get a 1 years no claim and move onto a VTR

go vtr like me be an arnie. lol.
  8. #8
furio would be best mate unless you want a large insurance bill
  9. #9
furio, then when your insurance drops in a couple of years drop a vtr/s lump in!
  10. #10
is it not a bit obvious which one will be cheaper... lol
  11. #11
why not go for furio, cheaper to insure, but with the vt kit? cant go wrong tbh
  12. #12
yeah i was thinkin furio but how much would i be looking to pay??? for insurance and for car??
  13. #13
insurance for my furio when i was 17 was £1800 third party altohugh im living in Northern Ireland so insurance ain't that cheap over here lol, but im sure people will tell you some cheaper prices. by the way try Quinns Direct for insurance. they specilise with young drivers and seem to be quite popular and relatively cheap over in England.

A decent price for a furio would be around the £2500 mark. There are some pretty nice ones about, just like FurioALs...the nicest one ive ever seen lol. Just try looking in the autotrader or on piston-heads mate.

My insurance for my furio was £1500 with a provisional then dropped to £1420 after i passed
So it is fairly cheap for a first car. Thats with quinn-direct by the way.

but i was thinkin of just getting a shit car like extremely shit and then building up my NCb and then get a vtr would that be a better option???
