Gear box mount!

   Please can some one advise me which way up this mount is ment to go! please see picture to advise thanks!

   Ok found out that the mount can't go as i drew in pic 2 so does any one have any bright ideas

   can any ione tell me how close the gear box link gets the the exhause and if the links on the back of the gear box are ment to go upwares slightly or not! basically having problems with the gearbox/links as the gear link is catching on the exhaust os any ideas would be great!
