what are they like when driving comfort wise.
and which frames are better sliding or tilting, for ease of back seats?

If you want rear seats get buckets that recline!

But imo if they recline they are not propper buckets!

I like bucket seats, some people find them uncomfortable even more so on long journeys...

i agree with u there riggsy, i dont think that recliners are like buckets aswell.

might get a bucket for me the driver.lol then a recliner for the passenger.

the bucket seats i had were the most comfy car seats i have ever sat in. i never got any aches or pains on long journeys.

it will depend on your body shape/build to which seats you find the most comfortable.

mine are now for sale in the for sale section btw (shameless plug )

Just remember you get what you pay for!

Good thing to do is go to a place like demon tweeks and sit in them ALL

Dont take this wrong way or anything but . . .

If your fat or generaly sightly bigger in build buckets can be alittle bit narrow and uncomfortable - depending on brand as some are wider than others and more padded in different areas depending on style.

If you can get to somewhere like Demon-Tweeks or any similiar larger aftermarket supplier they will have seats out for you to try and sit in. Even some larger Halfords/Ripspeeds have buckets on site for you to sit in.

Best thing is to sit in one have a wiggle about and see what you think before parting with your cash.

Like also mentioned if you want to still carry passangers in the rear your be wanting non-fixed chairs but if not go for fixed. Also most buckets are designed to used along with harnesses so dont foregt to budget for them as well
