use the search button mate. Its being asked all the time. Thats what it is there for

and yea.....you can use vts and vtr springs just the lowering height will differ. It will more like to 35-40mm as the vtr and vts engines are heavier that a 1.1. Just look around for some 1.1 etc lowering springs if you want it spot on . There are loads on ebay with Spax etc

hmm yea wudda thought arch work would definately be needed mate. Personally i wouldnt lower at all with 16's however if you had 15's i would lower 40mm. 60mm will be too low with 16's for sure if you get 1.1 springs and you will get alot of rubbing with the 16's.

even with 50-60 you will get rubbing mate. I would stick with standard height if you dont want arch work done.

I had 60mm on the front and 80mm on the rear of my old saxo on 15s

With some minor arch work (15 mins) with a grinder it was sorted :-)
