#2I have fitted a suspension before but not to a saxo. Hard to say what the rattling is without hearing it. My advice would be to put the fron on axle stands, remove the wheels, allow the front to spin and listen to where the rattle is coming from.
Chances are that if there were two pastic discs then its likely they are meant to be fitted somewhere. Take a pic of the disks and post in on here so we can see what they look like. -
#3Stupid double posting.!!

#4I don't have much experience in lowered saxos and the problems found in doing so.
But it sounds like that "knocking noise" problem that is common when people lower their saxos.
Hope this helps http://www.saxperience.com/faq/show-...e.php?artid=86
If the link doesn't work all FAQ's can be found in tab next to forums.

#8To display a picture in your post you need up first upload it to a webserver so it can be viewed by typing in the URL. If you dont have your own domain hosting that you can use there are a few free ones, like ImageShack and PhotoBucket (google them). Once you have uploaded to your own or one of these free webservers you should have the exact url of where your image is displayed. i.e www.photobucket.com/....../.
All you do then is copy and paste the url into your post and make sure you add the html tags before and after. The tags are [I-M-G] and [/I-M-G]. So it will be in the format:
[I-M-G] w-w-w.photobucket.com/...../ [/I-M-G]
Completely ignore the dashes above and dont use them. Its the only way i could get the txt to display without the website thinking i was actually trying the attach an image. So it will be IMG and not I-M-G.
Hope that makes sense
If not or you have trouble email me the photo and il upload it for ya. ldatlen@yahoo.co.uk -

#11looks like the rubber suspension spring wedges that goes inbetween the spring coils and helps stiffen it up and stop spring chatter which is the noise u are probably experiencing. some springs have these (normally adjsutbable kits) and some dont. someone on here with the psx kit will be able to show u pics of it fitted, it normally goes at the top or bottom of the spring or wound into the first loop
