Bleeding brakes.

whats the best way to go about bleeding the brakes on my VTR?
as i was talking to someone the other day and he said there was a specific way to do it?

one person in the car pressing the pedals and one underneath works fine. Apparently there is an order of doing them but i've never bothered on my cars and not had an issue with air in the lines once i've finished

You start with the corner furthest away from the master cylinder...

    Rear right
    Rear left
    Front right
    Front left

I used a one man bleeding kit and did it on my own, very easy
