   hi i am in a debate with some ppl about engine mods can you tell me wot you think.
   will a 1.1 saxo with twin 40 webbers that will push it to or above 100bhp beat a vtr with no engine work done that puts out 90bhp?
   they seam to think that the vtr will win.
   but i dont.
   wot do you think?

   if you can fit the twin webbers (can you i dont think you can with out some serious re working of fueling etc... but i may be wrong) and if you can get a 1.1 to 100bhp then the 1.1 should beat the vtr by a little due to shorter gear ratios
