   i use it in my mums car and it seems fine. i prefer the vauxhall oil - ecotec one i think as my mate recommended that to me and it works good in my car!!

   its quite good stuff, haynes recommends it highly and it seems to love the Tu series of engines

   Silkolene for me. Not that I wouldn't use Millers... There's some good choices out there.

   Mobil 1 in the motor, and Silkolene Syn 5 in the box for me.
