    depends how low,

As said above, depends on how low you are going. I reckon you could get away with 40mm carrying 4 ppl but not sure how long it would last. I suppose it depends on how worn your standard suspension is at the moment.

Carring 4 ppl you are better getting an uprated suspension all round.

the springs lower the front of the car between 45-50 mm and i will lower the torsion bar roughly the same

You mean lowering on standard shocks yeh?

If so the vts i have was down 60mm on standard shocks when i bought it lol the drive was ok but bouncy. Im down 45-50mm on eibachs now and its fine.

If i had the money at the time i would have uprated the shocks but the setup i want is £400.

If you have the money deff uprate the shocks.

i dont think that would be a problem if only yourself were in the car because plenty of people on here have done the same. However if you cary 4 people in the car on regular occasions it will put a big strain on the rear suspension and you might end up having the replace the arms neway.

Yeh you might have problems with 4 in the car.

Uprate them! Might aswell then you wont have to worry about uprating in the future
