#4Quote:Yup, could be wrong though but I dont think there is a difference.
no difference at all, only thing is, if its the 98bhp VTR you have, you will need to re-locate the oil filter for it to fit properly if your car is silvertop which is X reg or earlier, then you won't need to move a thing

#5the only thing i can see that is going to cause a problem is my lambda sensor is on the right hand side but i cant see one in the picture.

#6I have a 2001 VTR with the cat under the car. So if the cat is under the car the oil filter doesnt need re locating? Also what are people opinions of Raceland manifolds?
-
#7The sensor is at the bottom were you cant see mate, you have to run it don the back of the engine.Quote:

#9ahh right i thought it would be something like that, thanks alot for your help guys. what do you think the one pictured is worth?
-
#11the bloke aint got back to me yet mate it does look quite used but he says welds look of good quality. did you see the pic? iv only seen a few pics of raceland manifolds but it looks very similar imo
-
#12Looks like gmc 4-1 to me matey. If that helps S34MER, i dont have a clue how much its worth.
-
#13i have a Raceland on mine (pic below), not very similar imo! but if its had parts welded i wouldn't pay more than £30 topps for it, as its on it way out imo
-
#14Its not Raceland thats for sure, the pipes overlap differently
-
#15i think what the chap ment when he said about the welds was meant as in when it was made. lovely looking motor you have there matey, well done
-
#16After minutes of searching its a protech 4-2-1, £175 new on ebay
-
#20around the rocker cover matey!
-
#21oh i see its gettin a bit there. strange these frencys as my mate vtr is two years newer than mine and his is rusty as f**k but mine is perfect. seen these on egay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Citroen-Saxo-V...mdZViewItem:y: but there quite pricey or do it yourself, think one would bring a massive improvement to the engine bay imo
