manifold info needed

   hello people
   just need some information. from the engine comes the manifold, is there then a pipe inbetween the manifold and cat.
   i would like to know as i want to order a system from manifold back for mt vts.

   depends on the year i think mk1 or mk2 as some cats are on the manifold i think

   well its a 1996 so mk1. just asking really because ive seen on peoples specs that it sais like, custom downpipe and stuff like that. i thought that might be it...

   all vts have cat after manifold. standard manifold has a seperate downpipe but aftermaket manifolds go all the way to the cat.
