   I was thinking about getting one of these maniflods for my westcoast are they any good would it give me any gains or is it just a waste of cash????

   Check with www.kam-racing.com for RaceLand items he maybe able to do you a better price than that but not by much.
   
   Alot of people have 4-2-1 RaceLand items and they seem very happy with them, although I have heard a few comments regarding messy welds but you DO get what you pay for.
   
   Compare the price with www.cituning.ltd.uk and www.gmcmotorsport.co.uk

   Well it depends if you want to keep the cat or not.
   
   If you want to stay legal all year round and carry the cat then you either stick with the factory manifold or go for the www.cituning.ltd.uk item which includes a sport cat in the manifold but its not cheap.
   
   The other option is to replace the manifold with a cat less item then refit the catted manifold before your MoT.
   
   Kam-Racing maybe able to suggest a alternative tho

   yeh that manifold has any one got one so they could tell me if there any good just wondering thats all just researching alot before i purchase anything you no because i don't want to waste my money like alot of people i no have done.

   were i work up in boldon we make custom exhaust systems but we design them so if you want a de-cat pipe you can bolt your old system straight back in before your MOT if you requested that of course?
