#2I dont normally encourage this but...
After Driving a Valver Today!
VTS engine. -
#3Someone on ssc has put bike carbs on and it has actually lost them power. If you are serious and not dreaming speak to bogg brothers, they will do a good conversion for you. End of the day you will get little respect for a vts engine and alot of respect for the bike carbs.

#4Throttle Bodies Ftw.

#8Im not fond of the valver conversion idea. i see it as the easy way out!Quote:Valver conversion
, no offence to anyone good way to get power but bodies is a great modification. Respect for anyone that tries it.
Bodies just sound soooooo good. and the gains are unreal! -
#9Bodies FTW then eh buddy, if i was gonna throw half of what the car cost back at it thats what i would be doing. imo doing anything like that doesnt make good business sense but for the respect and to wipe the smiles off peoples faces off the lights it is well and truly worth it lol!!

#10vts engine with bodies, ftw
-
#11lmao! cause everyone can afford to have the VTS implant then whack a whopping set of T/B's on it and set them up! and if by some slim chance you'd decide to do that, then take into account extra running costs and what your insurance would be like! they'll bend you right over

#12Well my insurance didnt go up that much at all an its still very good on petrol tbh.
Do it 16v with bodies -
#13TBs in my experience usually makes a car more efficient.. just its so tempting to boot it everywhere to hear the sound.
on topic though i'd go for the 16v conversion over the bike bodies which tend to be hit and miss -
#14I did a 16v conversion and then wacked boddies on it
... Would never go 8v again!!

#16can't afford a vts and carbs or tbs... so its just one or the other plus ive been told that it sounds like the world is gonna end when you boot it with bike carbs on lol...
