Opinions Needed (Re-Spray)

   Right, As FCS etc. is coming up fast and my car has some marks and stone chips i have booked my car in for a full respray this monday.
   
   I am still keeping the same colour 'Quartz Silver' But i am also having the bumper trim, mirrors and bump strips sprayed!
   
   The choice is either.. Have them colour coded OR have them sprayed Gloss/Satin Black and then laquered.. ( I prefer this IMO)
   
   What do you think would look better? OPINIONS
   
   PS: I am keeping the same wheels.

   Think the gloss/satin black would be a good choice, nice car aswell.

   i work in a body shop and re-spryed my whole car the same colour (quartz) and wish i had done the mouldings and strips Gloss black because i was in need of 2 mouldings, got some from a scrappy and they were gloss black, i put them opn one side to see what they looked like, Gloss black is the way to go!!!!!!

    Just out of interest mate.. How much would a full respray in silver minus the engine bay cost in your place plus the gloss black bits Incl. Paint?

    Wheels are momo corse. Euphoria got them on his gold saxo. They suit it as well as yours

    Are you taking it to a reputable bodyshop for the work? Make sure that prep work is done fully before its painted.
    
    For a full respray for a good and proper job you should expect to pay £1k plus. Depends on the exact amount of bits you want spraying and of course supply of paint etc.
    
    Either way im sure itll look ace if its done properly Will look forward to seeing any progress pics etc

    its pretty expensive at my place we did a full respray on a merc the other day the same colour and it cost him something like £2000, but saxo's smaller and the merc had alot of dmg needing repaired.

    if you spray your trims the same colour as your car, then your wheels will look odd imo, as your trims help set your black wheels off!

    Well there one of the best around here.. Its my best mates dads business and he has been spraying for 46 years so i expect it to be a good job. I am paying just over the 1300£ mark all in.

    If it was any other colour i'd say colour code it.. but silver cars are so hard to colour code and make look good. There is only 1 or 2 i've seen that i like, dannys and marks.
    
    If you got your heart set on it i'd spray them gloss black.
