exhaust bends

   does anybody know what type of bends are on the standard exhaust system of a vtr or vts. also is the vts exhaust bigger width wise that the vtr one?

   VTS is slightly bigger and the bends are rubbish!
   VTR exhaust is cack imo and is too restrictive.
   
   The diameter decreases alot on my VTR exhaust on the bends.

   nice one col mate i picked up a standard vts exhaust and bunged it on my car and it seems to go aot better. i might get a custom one made up.

   that means you dont have the original citroen system. if you get a proper citroen system it has mandrel bends and stays the same diameter.

   Ah interesting. I didnt know that. Thinking about it my centre section does have Walker stamped on it!

   Mandrel means that it does not decrease in diameter and performance is kept at a maximum.

   can you get one of those race HKS exhausts to fit a VTS?
   
   They look the sex, but might be too big for the chassis ie id scrape the tiniest of bumps and that would be the only drawback to why i wudnt get one

   Errrr you could get one welded up but there too expensive in the first place to buy.

    if u really want sumfin like that then ur best bet wud be 2 get a custom exhaust with jap style tail pipe but y on a saxo???
