The lights are class looking but are they not to bright while driving?I was hoping to go with blue bulbs, are they hard to change? Are you redoing the trim chrome?

no the paint is charcoal grey metallic mate

the lights arent that bright in real like and you can dim them on the dials anyway

stevenet15 has done guides for the whole dash to be changed ti the coloured leds, what year is your car??

im looking for new dials for my saxo, who makes them blue/red l.e.d ones in the picture.. also where could I get a set? thanks

mine are plasma dials, and ive also changed the leds on the circuit board to blue ones so i can have two different types

all depends on if the car has bulbs or leds

you can still do it but if you have the bulb type it will be slightly more expensive as you have to but some lockwood dials which have the clear filter on them, as the standard ones have a green one, then you have to get some blue bulbs or bulb laquer to paint the standard ones

the type i have are smd leds, have a look at stevenet15's guide on them theres a load of info on there, i put a link up where you can get the leds from, think 30 will cost about 5 or 6 pound delivered

plasma dials you can get them for most cars go to www.visual-performance.co.uk

Look shit hot as well bud

How hard were the LEDs to do pred?
  15. #15
not that hard if you know how to use a soldering iron and have a steady hand and most importantly patience

Where did you get the LED's from? link? as i couldnt find em on maplins

the first five products is what you should be buying as the rest are in bulk buy

you will need a good 30 to do the whole dial front

as for the centre console 5mm leds with resistors are used
