Bigger Engine

   ok my new toy car comes on thursday a nice 99 VTS in black, but i want more power as we all do, so i though turbocharge/supercharge but i like to be different and i want a bigger engine, so i know a xsara 2.016v engine will not fit in the fron but a 1.8 would, so i could get a 1.8in rebore it to 2.0ltr then turbo charge it with other mods i reckon i could easily pull 300bhp what do you rekon will it work on the 1800cc xsara engine

   the 1800 is basically the same size and for the effort you might as well start with the 2.0

   but i hear it will only fit with heavy bulkhead and support mods, and the 1800 not as many

   how about 1600 engine std with usual extras, turbocharged for around 200bhp'ish then whack 100shot of nos on, that make 300bhp

   yup you could do that, the N20 would need a progressive controller as well.

   its going to be a hand full and it will require some pretty good upgrades to the transmission (BE3 conversion ideally) but once moving it would destroy a hell of a lot of cars
