   Where do the lower braces bolt to?
   Do they make a noticeable difference?

   Lower braces make a great difference, much more so than the top braces
   
   That one should fit your car no problem, the OMP ones are also widely recommendable.
   
   They bolt onto the back of your wishbones. Fairly easy to do.
