price on engine swap

   in a few months i will be getting a vts engine to go in my westcoast how much would i be looking at for a garage to swap them round for me?
   
   also how much am i looking at for a good vts engine with ecu.

   my mate charged me 250
   
   but there are other cost's
   
   ended up costin 1200

   can u do me a break down of the costs mate.
   
   one more thing is the 106 gti engine the same and the vts??

   prices will vary tbh. the 106 and vts are the same engine. would be easier if you stuck to the same plug engine for swap(1plug or 3plug)

   ok so what year vts engine comes with a 1 plug is that the ecu plug??
