    hey i have a few questions so here goes.

    1. what the hell is a torsion bar?
    and
    2.if im lowering my car on some springs will i need to touch it?

    your toesion bar is basically your rear spring. it will need to be adjusted lower to match the hieght of the front

    torsion bars, are the french version of springs.

    you have two at the rear on a saxo and they twist and flex like a coiled spring.

    when lowering you need to adjust them!
