Basically you have come to the point where nothing is gona improve untill you have a steady income to buy worth while mods, the reason so many cars look tacky these days is that there are loads of cheap bits like chrome whipers, led washer jets, lexus lights etc that just clutter a car and improve it in now way.
Wheels, suspension drops, back box, etc are the only way to really 'improve' the car and at your age with no income (I take it you havent got a job) I cant see anything changing.
Best thing I can recommend is to have a famliy member drive the car so its not just sittin there and try and find a job, start puttin money away as even before you can even think about modding the car you need to think about all the important things, Insurance, Road Tax, Driving Leasons - get your licence then think about sorting the car out
Trust me its the best advice
