nope. not if the car is used alot.
wilder means more money *rebating pistons etc)

yeah my thoughts too, recommend I change anything else whilst kits getting done,
been told
belt and waterpump

deffo do the belt, waterpump might aswell to tbh...
followers could be changed depends on age and condition.

much you think labour would be? be better to get a mate who knows what theyre doing or someone on here to do it?

anyone who knows what they are doing...
thing is THEY MUST know what theyre doing other wise its more money and hassel to fix it!
a mate just had a head gassget done, they didnt tension the belt right! went bank 2days later

yeah, i agree with Ryan, don't get someone who thinks they know what their doing, its a tricky job, and if you mess it up its a very costly one too!

Marc (williamsvts) is very good at timing his own cams! And he can get them to run very good without mapping etc.

Still recommend a £400 remap if you want decent gains.
