Magnex Manifold

Right, i've always been under the impression that these^ do not exist? im pretty sure its been discussed on here that they dont(tried searching without luck).

But, a guy selling a vts was insistant (sp)(word.lol) that he had one fitted! even though i suggested there was no such thing.
I should be going to view it sunday, but just wanted to make sure i am correct?

    Thanks

didnt think they did make them, al check the magnex site!

if it is magnex, it will have a code stamped on it, raceland have a raceland badge welded on, my gmc has piper welded on with a code! so have a look at it when you go to see it!

infact i didnt even think magnex made manifolds full stop

    System Manifolds

For those committed to the ultimate on power gains, then a full Magnex system including a Manifold* a vital first step. Dyno-developed to deliver optimum gas flow with big gains in power, torque and driveability. Whatever you put in to your motor, Magnex will get out.

*Systems and Manifold available on selected car models only
    thats from the magnex site
so basically only do them for some cars and not saxos

Magnex have indeed made manifolds in the past and they where Stainless steel and Very expensive . . .

. . . But never for the Saxo!

The made about 3, XR3i, 205GTi and Golf GTi 16v.
Your be hard pressed to find these today.

So whoever this wolly is just say 'Sorry Mate! You havent a Clue' then slap him! hehehehehe

Thing is he was probally so stupid he was sold the car with a manifold on it and was told it was a Magnex and he believed it

its got cams (what cams? i ask) kent cams! and 'verneer wheels' lol.

its got a 'cross bar' in the engine (strut brace) (whos it made by?) 'i dont know, but its red'

its got a 'ram air k&n induction kit'

its been chipped still got the original chip

its been lowered (how low? i ask) 'dont kno' (what springs? i say) 'dont kno'

sounds to me its quite obvious that it wasnt his? im still going to have a look sunday. its a 2000 reg on 30k mauritous blue. £3500 O.N.O.
