Hi all i have a 1.4westcoast and i have just bought a green cotten filter.
wanting to bring the filter forwords by using samco or other and what i want to know is
1 is it worth bringing forwords
2 is samco the way to go or is the other companys cheeper and better.
3 what size piping would i need as my car is in at min 4 a service as i have not had it long and cant check till tuesday width wise

putting a cold arm on it would be an exerlent idea other wise itll just suck hot air from around the engine, try fitting some ducting to it as well from the front of the car thatll boost the cold air feed over it.

personally i think you should look in to the inclosed green everyone seems to fit to there saxo's on here it comes highly recomended

The enclosed one from Kam Racing would have cost £86.50 with green filter.

What filter have you got for it to have cost £90?

yea ona vts you will but on just a 1.4 you wont notice he differnce from an enclosed to a proerly set up open. just make sure its not rite next to the engine and has ducting to it
