engine temp?

   what does every1s engine temp run at i dont know if mines high? it runs between half and red

   mine is normally around halfway, if it goes slightly above (by a fraction) the fan comes on and it goes back to halfway. Sounds like urs is running a little hot tho

   mine did the same last sunday then slowly went in to the red took it to are lasses garage and my pistons were on there way out and the head gaskit had gone there are plenty ov more things that could make this happen. water levels,raditor,pipe split, thermostat,head gasket,water pressure,may need re skiming,cooling stytem flushed out,fan, if ya worryed get it too a garage should be in middle

   and if it dose go into red pull over and dont drive it there is a good chance it will fuck ya engine up if you do

   just wondering its only since i put my induction kit on i wonder if its coz i put a breather filter on the inlet! the fan doesnt kick in till halfway between the half mark and red!

   flush and change the coolant if it hasnt been done!
   
   also bleed the system!
   
   mine ran at 3/4. A new rad and coolant later = 1/2

   thermostat cuts in at 88 iirc

    there is a breather on the rocker which i plumbed back in and 1 on the ilet manifold which i put a breather filter on is this rite?

    Mine when driven hard runs a little over the halfway mark, then cools down when you lift off..
    
    Only worry when it goes into the red box, anywhere below is fine..

    your setup shouldnt alter the temp!

    when i got my green cotten i had 1 for the oil brether pipe and the air filter thats had it done at are lasses garage not too shore mate dont think so the brether may not be getting any air becouce ov where it is

    Get ur gasket check m8 as mine went on tuesday and is being fix'ed now and its costing me £550! So to save urself from that get a pressure test.

    should be just under half, if its just above half its working a little hard nothing to worry about though. or if you have a 2nd temp gauge which is more acurate it should be about 90c
