   right have changed my mind i wanna polish my VTR rocker cover wat the best way of doing it i was looking at how u do it on the VTS engine but it says dont do it on a VTR i have brought me some auto-sol stuff n was just wondering wat to do lol

   get a sanding attachment for a drill and take ot back to the metal then just polish it up using wet and dry to make it shine!!!

   chrome the vtr rocker cover to look like the vts ones do polished up. Not sure if they come out the same

   the way ive chromed rocker covers in the past is to,
   
   1- remove the cover
   2- nitro mors the original paint etc off the cover
   3- with a wire wheel on a drill polish it up
   4- finish it off with a softer wheel/poslihing wheel
   
   5- or if you want to spray it spray it a fair few coats after no.2

   You can buy polished ones on ebay.
