who has a saxo on 16's and lowered.

What set of springs (and dampners if you have them) do you have?

    Is the ride goooood?

    Do you have low profiles?

    Had anyproblems with the beast?

If you were doing it again what would you recommend?

oh, and do you have pics?

yeah i've got 16's and it lowered 40mm on spax PSX adjustable suspension kit, i've had an aftermarket steering arm fitted that bends around the PAS hose AND YES!! IT STILL KNOCKS & RATTLES LIKE A TWAT!!!

I shoved 14's back on it the otherday (to pass MoT cause wankers at shitroen made me) and the knocking & rattlin stopped

best solution to a knocking suspension on a saxo is a good sound system

Grrrr, why cant I edit the last post? sometimes I can sometimes I cant, anyway...just wanted to add that the ride is pretty hard (by choice, i've adjusted to almost maxiumum clicks) but the handling is phenomenal (195/45/16)

i have had mine lowered 40mm using pi springs on the front an torsion bar adjusted on teh bak (no uprated shockers) on 16" oz superlagerras (195/40/16) an there is no rubbin at all but knocks its tits off!!!

an for the sound system trick all it dus it rattle ma car an make handles fall off the roof!

what do you guys mean by knocking? U mean it knocks when you turn the wheel?

no, it knocks and rattles when goin over bumps, usually over small bumps like on a cobbled road

If you were going to replace your shocks and springs front and back on a saxo on 16" rims...

I would strongly suggest the following set up. After fitting them to many GTI6's, my own demo car saxo and some rally slag saxos in notts!

Avo fully adjustables: £370.00 all in delivered.
