i know they get screwed and glued but how do some get it to be smooth with the back 'plastic' standard vtr bumper? is a filler used,which?

It will be a mixture of fibreglass and filler, not something i would attempt myself personally as it's supposed to be a pain in the arse if you don't know how to do it. It would be easier to have it done at a bodyshop..

yea go for the bodyshop option, can look really well as long as its a nice diffuser to start off with
