undo 3 bolts on each fog, its best to jack the car up or just park the car one side on the kerb so you can get to them, there a 10mm

unplug them and they should come out

once off mark were the adjuster is, its just to make sure the lights are alighned when putting them back on

once off heat up were there sealed and slowly and carfully prise the glass off, once off take the light out with reflector part, so you just have a plastic surround, sand it all down with a 1200 grit paper then mask up the groove were the glass fits into (makes the silicone a better bon on unpainted surfaces)

    then its time for spraying

a few coats of plastic primer
    a few coats of paint
and finally some laquer, but dont do this if you want more of a matt effect finish

leave a few days for the paint to harden, then put a bead of clear silicone in the groove and push the glass into it and keep secure with either tie wraps or elastic bands

    leave a day

then assemble the light unit back on, and put the adjuster up to were you marked it

    put back on car
