Trims

   Need some trims for my saxo mk1 1.1i. Would love alloys, but budget just wont stretch. Lost one trim and the others have seen better days so going to buy some new ones. Not after anything too flash, but some alloy look ones are ok.
   
   Anyone got any recommendations?

   What colour is your car? I had a silver Saxo and put black hubcaps on from Halfords, were £18 I think.

   I wanted black ones, but the ones I've seen looked shite. Yours look awesome and they're from helfrauds? Will be making a trip.

   Yup they sure are. Thing is I bought them last year at about August time but i'm sure they'll still sell the same thing. They came in a bag though rather than a box so look around a bit. Shame actually as I just gave mine away as they weren't on my car. lol

   Tesco's normaly Extras have a large car section (for a supermarket that is) these days and they sell hub caps, looked around for the missis car seeing as she tends to park by Brial or the Force (she keeps going until she feels the force tell her she's hit the kerb) but she's got 15' steelies so ended up in Halfrauds lol
   
   Save your peenies and keep your eyes peeled on the Saxp 4sale section for a set of VTR rims and on eBay for a cheap set of Citroen alloys.
   
   Tyre shacks sometimes have cheap alloys as do breakers, dont forget you can fit Puegeot 4stud alloys to your saxo too.

   I picked up a set of decent VTR alloys with reasonable tires for 55 quid on eBay about a year ago

   Trouble is I've only got 3 stud, so my secondhand alloy situation is looking a little bleak.

    if you have to, get some proper saxo / belrlingo (sp?!) ones
