   Was just wandering
   
   i have a 2000 V reg forte saxo (1.1)
   
   My friend has a bog standard old school (think its about 89-92) clio 1.2 without fuel injection
   
   Was just wandering which would be faster 0-60 and genreally driving?

   No doubts… Mine is like yours but is an mk1, and is faster than Clio’s 1.9d, Ibiza’s 1.9 SDi, Astra’s 1.7 DT, etc… Ours cars are faster than the other ones with the same age and older in the same category (except the AX 11TRE that is a little bit faster)…

   Oh deffinately your saxo mate. General driving will be much better as well, mainly due to the fact that it is newer and carbs unless they have been cleaned tend to clog up after a lot of miles
